The topping can differ from dosa to dosa and from place to place. Besides adding boiled potato and onion with South Indian flavouring stuffing ,capsicum ( green, yellow red and orange), paneer, onion ,corn ,mushroom, they add thick red chutney which gives it a very different colour and taste.
