We tried their smokey biscuits which has been a matter of hype and discussion for a while. The preparation process didn’t involve much math (or science!) Liquid nitrogen is poured into a bowl of chocolate flavored wafers. Due to the natural properties of nitrogen, body heat converts the liquid nitrogen into smoke! Smokey biscuits are fun to have. And it gives you a feeling similar to that of smoking a hookah. Also, nitrogen does not come in the way of the wafer biscuits’ taste. They cost just ₹100 , and are worth a try!
